Getting started is simple. Download the Load Move app on iOS or Android and complete your quick registration.
Step 2: Get Verified (3-5 Working Days)
We verify every driver to maintain trust and quality across our network. You'll need to:
- Verify your email and phone number
- Upload your insurance documents
- Provide a picture of your driving licence
- Share a picture of your recovery equipment
Once we've reviewed your profile, you'll be approved and ready to apply for a job.
Step 3: Buy Credits & Start Applying for Jobs
Purchase credit bundles through the app using secure Stripe payment. Use credits to apply for jobs that suit your equipment and schedule.

Browse available jobs, review the details, and apply for the ones you want. Buy credits in bundles and save money.
Step 4: Win Jobs
Find jobs in your area that match your vehicle and equipment. Secure a job at the price set by the shipper or make a counter offer if you think the price needs adjusting based on distance or requirements.
If you apply for a job and don't win it, you get your credits back. It won't cost you anything until you get a job you want.
Step 5: Complete & Get Paid
Once you win a job, coordinate with the shipper directly. Collect the vehicle, deliver it safely, and get rated. Provide 2 photos of your delivery and upload them to the app. Payment is released to you through Stripe once the job is complete.

How long does verification take?
Typically 3-5 working days once you've submitted all required documents. We'll notify you through the app when you're approved.
What if I bid but don't win?
Your credits are automatically refunded. You only pay when you successfully win a job.
Can I make counter offers?
Absolutely. If you think a job requires a different price based on distance, equipment, or complexity, you can make a counter offer. The shipper can then accept or decline.
How do I get paid?
Payment is held securely through Stripe when the shipper accepts you as a driver. Once you complete the delivery and the shipper confirms, payment is released to you.
What insurance do I need?
You'll need insurance for the vehicle you apply with and if you have insurance that covers goods in transit, this may be preferred by the shipper, but it’s not essential. We verify insurance documents during the approval process.
Can I see the job details before bidding?
Yes. You'll see pickup and delivery locations (town and county). The exact address will be available if the shipper accepts you as their driver. You’ll also see the vehicle type, shipper's suggested price, and any special requirements before you decide to bid.
What types of vehicles can I transport?
Anything from cars and vans to motorcycles, tractors, caravans, machinery and plant equipment. Choose jobs that match your equipment and expertise.
